They fit me right in as soon as I got there even though I was a few minutes early for my appointment. Very friendly and courteous staff. Love my haircut as well.
My husband took 2 of my boys to get their hair cut finally since quarantine, WORST CUT I HAVE EVER SEEN! Very disappointing, How can you work somewhere and not know how to cut hair? Not only was it not faded in with spots everywhere but my son litterally had a mop sitting on his head ! NEVER TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO SMARTSTYLE! THIS IS JUST SO WRONG AND EMBARRASSING ! Someone needs to direct this , heard it ain't the first, also very rude.
My poor nephew....... he came out of this salon all messed up. The top is completely uneven, the blend from top to sides is terrible, the hair around his ears is nearly as long as the hair on top of his head. I get it if you just need something quick.... if you have time to search around or make an appointment somewhere else, please do
Went in to to get a balayage and ended up with choppy paint on my hair went back to get refunded and they told me they couldn’t refund for the horrible job they did that I had to wait 2 days to speak to a manager. I will never go back it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life
