I could not have been happier with my stay. My family found it to be extremely clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The value of the stay exceeded what we paid. I will be sure to book again the next time we visit the Denver area.

Dated property. Pantry was well stocked for snacks. They made an honest attempt to serve up something that resembled a hot breakfast. NO STAY OVER HOUSEKEEPING! If you place your trash, towels and linens out early enough they will drop a replacement pack outside your door. Pool was open by appointment. Desk folks were nice enough. Rates were a couple of dollars over market value for that area.

I tried adding a review a couple of weeks ago that has not shown up. This stay was not good. Wall cracks looking like a an earthquake had happened. Spider greeted us. Room only heats. Ground floor but had to open windows late October to cool it down. The only way to make bathroom and jetted tub/shower crypt vent at all is to have the forced air on which is only a heater no matter how it is set. Jetted tub is really weak. The breakfast was truly inedible. Really really bad. Wallpaper pealing badly, it's just slapped over decaying stuff really haphazardly.

We're not pool people, but saw that they were keeping hut tub closed for repairs. Pool was 1/2 sized indoor.nAs for hotel, lowered standard from our experience at other Wingate in Colorado. First night was horrid. Slamming doors and shady loud guests. AC was not very good, actually needs a big re-fit to the central system that worked really well at other Wingate in Pueblo. I felt like they put us in the middle of the weeklys. Some strange dude seemed to pop up late at night talking loudly on the phone, in hallways and outside on hotel property too.nMade me feel like I needed to keep my CC close.nOur complaint was made the following day, and we were moved from 3rd floor to 2nd and upgraded to a suite.nThat saved my weekend , Easter Sunday rested well.nBreakfast was hot and not brown pandemic bag of packages of protein bars and yogurt. Nice friendly staff all around. I rarely tip housekeeping, but did because they actually sanitized our room and sealed the door with a tape to verify it. That was a big piece of mind during covid restricted travel. I would return but will request a room away from the Hotel Weekly renters.nPrices with rewards were under $70.
