I would give them a no star rating if I could!nnAs somebody who has been a member here for quite a while we really enjoyed the way that the wash cleaned our vehicles. Everyone was always friendly and kind .nnToday however was a completely different story. There was a little old lady who park next to me at the car wash today who is also disabled and also an African-American. The car wash employees refused to leave the disabled slot open for handicapped and disabled car wash members. On top of that the young gentleman that was helping her called her an angry black woman. Invaded my space after I asked him several times to leave me alone and get out of my space. When I called to speak to the general manager Caitlin I believe was her name refused to give me the general managers name so I could not follow up on this incident.nnAll that should have been done was them moving the non disabled persons to allow the lady with disabilities to use the proper spot that is of stated and labeled by Dutch Car Wash.nnThis in so many ways is wrong and unacceptable. I will not be returning For services here. As this was handled with the farthest thing from white glove service. There’s employee should not be allowed to violate CDC guidelines on space. Nor Discriminate against race ,sex ,color ,gender or sexual preferencenn!

The cashier was so helpful and sweet! She gave my dog a treat and helped me with which car wash was best for my car. It was fast and my car was spotless after I drove thru. They also have free vacuums you can use as long as you need to. I would highly suggest going to this car wash they actually appreciate your business! ud83dudc9e

Since day one, when one of my friends send me a free car wash promotion I felt part of this car wash. Every employee in this car wash are so polite & very helpful.The employees answer very and each question with out hassle, I fell that the price I pay is far.... I have use their car washing service since about July 2019. I really appreciate the value and quality of their washes and cleanliness out their vacuum areas. They also have areas to wash your floor mats. My rear wiper blade was taken off during a wash and they were kind enough to replace it. I never knew that a car wash service would have this much customer service. They have friendly staff and a good environment to be a customer in! I’m happy I use them!

Mt family used this company for over a year and using till this day. Easy, high quality, and awesome service and personal will be able to guide you through every step of such an important process as taking care of your car. Like, come on, how many places will offer you a free wash of your floor mats ? Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
