We had a lovely stay and an easy late check in. We were very happy with all of the sanitary measures they were taking. Clean rooms, clean furniture, and sealed coffee pots for single use. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Awesome hotel. Very clean. Very nice. Except last night he said my girlfriend and I couldn't stay there another night cuz she made a mess. They had too much work to do to clean the room

This is the loudest room I have ever stayed in. Wall furnace unit runs every 2 minutes since there is no thermostat centrally mounted in the room. No breakfast as advertised. No coffee as advertised. I’m not sure what they use for pillows but it’s time for an upgrade. It’s obvious the owners are not making improvements as this hotel (motel) is outdated and tired, which is what you will be if you stay here. Came in one afternoon to the smell of glue or adhesive throughout the hotel, had to leave for a couple of hours. I get the whole COVID precautions, but the front desk is vacant with no customer service. There’s a Holiday Inn Express on the other side of town.

I had taken a short vacation to Alamosa Colorado to just get away from the city nonsense and enjoy some refreshing training with my service dog. One minor detail which went through to cracks was mentioning of my service dog, but it was no issue for Irene greatly helped us get a room that was set up for guest bringing their pets and treated us with respect and was very pleasant to work with.nnSince COVID-19 has really slowed things down in south-central Colorado they had a small staff running the Day's Inn, and I really can not say enough great things about Meepe who manages the place as well as with Teresa who had the ugly chore of cleaning the rooms. I have to admit it has been a very long time with my small trips around the state that one could not beat the hospitality my service dog and I received. I do know that my next trip down that direction I am going to make sure to stay at the wonderful place again.nnThank you all very much for such a pleasant stay and working with me and Damarchus.
