Overall, not very impressed. Just spent 6 nights there. Having hookups was nice, but had to buy an extra sewage hose (already had 2) because of the strange location of the sewage connection for my site. Also kinda weird that they ask you not to run your AC. ??? I didn’t need to, but.....nFishing was decent in the property’s portion of the river, but, can be somewhat limited depending on the number of fishers. You are limited by private property both up and down steam.nThe lady at the check in window (possibly the owner) came across as grumpy. Kinda like she didn’t want to be there. Friendly greeting and customer service was lacking. Did not feel welcome. I agree with a previous comment that it had a retirement community feel to it.nLastly, and probably the biggest deal breaker, you can’t leave your dog in your RV and leave. Yes, you read that correctly. You can’t leave YOUR DOG IN YOUR OWN RESIDENCE. I don’t know about most of you, but going fly fishing with your dog in a non-starter.

Beautiful area right along the river. Not a large park so that's a plus. Some cabins available and we spent a few nights in one. We will probably return.

Nice place for RV right next to the rivernThey have water and electrical hook ups.nThey also charge $20 to off load black tanks if you were dry camping near by so you don't leave back home with a full load.
