Although rather friendly service, I was told it would take 2 weeks for my clothes to come back. Despite that, I went through with the purchase. 2 weeks pass and I was told it was not in yet. But to give it another day. 9 days after the original 2 weeks and I finally get my clothing back. Again, very friendly service. However, if you don't mind waiting a while, they do have a good price. To comment on the handling of when I had turned in my clothing, one thing I did notice was when they took my clothing, it was placed on top of an old backpack since it doesn't seem like they have an actual spot for incoming clothes.

As to getting laundry done, it's not bad. I have been using the place for about a year. Yesterday, I needed to wash my hands and the rest room is without soap, towels, or even toilet paper. Apparently, this is always the case here. How cheap do you have to be to withhold the very basics?

Come on in for friendly and helpful service. Feel free to ask for advice about which machines to use for your load size. As for toilet paper and soap in the bathroom just ask for it at the counter. We are not cheap, just tired of people walking off with it.

I've come here on and off when I've had washer issues or I have down blankets to wash. The owners are OBVIOUSLY American Asians( as am I) and have no problems speaking English. Kinda pathetic to call them racist since the clientele is obviously mixed. Probably went to a different laundromat since they have owned this for 25+ years. I have seen them treat ALL of their customers respectfully. Thank you for being in the neighborhood for so long!!!

My washer broke and I haven't had time to shop for a new one. I went there and both owners very obviously spoke English as their first language. (I wonder if other reviewers are referring to former owners?) Also, the gentleman owner was very kind in asking me if it was too windy with the door open as I was by the front folding laundry. It was a hot day and I liked the wind, but I thought it was very thoughtful of him to ask. Both were friendly folks and I appreciated it.
