Excellent from beginning to end. I thought we had a clog. PDS used a video snake to determine (unfortunately for me) I had 80 feet of rotted pipeline from my house to the septic tank. Upfront with the cost of the project and possible unforeseen issues that might arise.nnPlanned on one date but rain cancelled that choice. Proving their flexibility, even with the Easter holiday, 5 days later on a much nicer day, the project was promptly started on time.nnThe new pipeline was installed in the allotted time and new access points were added. They patiently tested all of our water runoff products: washing machine, dishwasher, toilets, etc. Then they tested them again...and again.nnTheir cleanup was spotless and my Italian wife was happy with the entire project. We have not one negative comment to say about the entire job. Highly recommend Professional Drain Services of Southern New England for your septic needs. Rob conducted an inspection of the septic system on a house I was looking to purchase. He was responsive, professional and qualified. He arrived on time with good equipment and conducted a thorough inspection. The video footage was high quality and really made it clear what the system looked like underground. I received a complete report with recommendations and attachments of all the video footage via email the next day. I highly recommend Professional Drain Services of Southern New England.
I write very few reviews but the service I received from Bob at Professional Drain Services was so deserving of five stars (or more if it was possible) that I felt compelled to make an exception. Our main drain leading to the sewer system was backed up and causing very unpleasant issues inside our house. Bob came immediately, and after diagnosing that the problem was in the main line outside of the house gave me clear options. Our main sewer line had collapsed and needed to be replaced. Bob cleared he calendar and he and his team worked outside over the course of several winter days (and sometimes into the evening) to replace our line. He and his team are professional, responsive, and reasonable. I highly recommend Professional Drain Services of SNE!!
Rob at ProDrain provided excellent service to resolve our recurring sewer problem. He responded quickly on a Sunday evening, checked and attempted to clear the sewer line via the exterior cleanout, and identified a problem with the sewer pipe down the line. Next day he and his crew found where the sewer line was collapsed and broken. They excavated, replaced the broken section of sewer pipe, verified a clear connection to the public sewer, and had us up and running by the end of the day. We highly recommend ProDrain for any sewer or plumbing issues!
My sewage and wastewater pump stopped working. I Googled plumbers in the local area and came across Bob and his company. I called and spoke with him of my problem at 5pm on Thursday and he came over the next morning with John. They took apart my pumping system and found that the float was lodged. After cleaning out some debris, they washed and cleaned the pump and float and had things running again 90 minutes later. Great service! I highly would recommend.
