The office manager made a clerical error and sent our bill to an address that we not only did not live at but not the address where service was completed. Once we got the bill we paid it immediately. She claims her clerical error is our problem and now does not want to do business with us and wants us to pay a fee. When I disagreed with her she screamed at me from the top of her lungs. Plenty of businesses out there that do what this company does. One bad egg in the business can bring a business down.
They have come out several times to repair the boiler and stop a blown pipe from spewing water . I highly recommend Stedman to everyone. The guys are so friendly and nice and answer questions. I am a renter so I don’t know the cost of their services, whatever they charge is well worth it .
Our hot water heater broke and we had water all over our basement on a Saturday.... I called 15 minutes after it happened, I got a call back in 10 minutes and the plumber was at my home in 20 minutes..... the job was completed in about 2 hours! Great, responsive service.... We HIGHLY recommend them!
We had no water - Stedman was there for us! Chris and Kyle came out at 4pm on a frigid Friday night and solved our problem. They were able to get the pipe thawed safely, with NO damage, replaced the failed heat tape, reinsulated and reinstalled. We are very grateful for their prompt, friendly and professional service.
