Have hired Tony on multiple occasions over the years and he and his team are extremely responsive, professional and reasonable. Every time I have called I am treated with respect and curtesy. Plumbing is a high demand profession and when it is an emergency, Tony is extremely responsive every time. I have had to wait for non urgent items like a heater in the garage, but on that occasion we were waiting for a piece of equipment to come in. Once the equipment is in, they are right on it. My most recent plumbing need was for a disconnect and reconnect of a new gas stove. Hawkes was here exactly when I needed them at the exact time the stove was being delivered to disconnect and reconnect the new stove. I never missed a beat and was cooking on my new stove the same day it was delivered. Could not be happier with Hawkes.
Hawks plumbing is always straightforward about the cost and very professional and telling me exactly what I need and exactly what needs to get done and having the right guys to do the job as well as having it get done on time great work ethic would recommend to all my friends.

Hawkes installed a hybrid electric water heater that qualified for the National Grid rebate. They selected an excellent, very efficient model made in the USA. They knew the price up front, I paid at the beginning of the job, and they went all out to get the job done and ensure that all the plumbing around the water heater was in good condition. They weren't looking to cut corners or nickel and dime. They were friendly and respectful.
Just had Tony and the crew install a new boiler in the pinch, great job guys.. Will recommend to a friend and family.
