Brought my Giorgio Armani designer pants here to have them professionally dry cleaned, and they ruined them. They were perfectly fine before having them cleaned at this business. They clearly did not read the dry cleaning instructions on the tag so they stained the top of the pants. We had to bring them back three times to try and get them to fix them and they could not fix them. No apology or refund. Very disappointing. Sad to say but I would not trust these dry cleaners with any of my clothing items.

I've brought a couple of things in to be dry cleaned over the years and never had any complaints. A month ago or so when I wanted to try a wash & fold, I stopped in with a small load of bulk laundry. I had seen on the website that they offer this service, and sure enough the tall guy who is usually there took my order no problem. It was ready in a couple days and cost 15 bucks. Lovely! Today I stopped in again, and the woman behind the counter gave me dirty looks & a lot of awkward pushback about accepting a bulk laundry order. She acted surprised that they had ever done this before. She's the one I picked it up from the first time. You would think my first load had contained a dead animal or something. So I asked if they still offer this, are they trying to phase it out? etc. Well, no, it's just this and that, and it's hard, blah blah. But she did take my order. But by the time I had gotten back into the car I was so annoyed with the weird guilt trip that I just decided forget this- and I went back in and said I'd like my stuff back and I'd like to cancel my order. She was clearly delighted and said nothing else.nnIf she thinks that doing the bulk laundry is not worth it, she can tell it to management, not take it out on customers.

I cannot comment on price because I didn't have comparison but my clothes were we'll cleaned and pressed. I asked them to fix my jacket zip holder which was repaired free of charge instantly. Great job!
