The only place I trust to get my hair cut! I’ve come here for a few years now after trying a few places around the island, but this is the only salon I’ve liked. I go to Jamie, who is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel comfortable in the chair. The prices are affordable and the place is always buzzing, which means people keep coming back for the great service and quality.

I had high hopes for this location since it's a spa with services proceed higher than neighboring salons, and the nail service reviews were good. Unfortunately, they did not live up to expectations. The owner was sympathetic and refunded the entire bill when I called to express my concerns and share my experience with her. Considering that there are not many reviews for Envy's nail services, I felt compelled to share my experience with my nail technician.nnThe pedicure was good, save for the gel polish application. Most of my toenails were only half covered, and some of the cuticles were flooded with product.nnMost of my complaints are with the gel extension manicure. The work station was dirty and unorganized, the tools unsanitized, and the e-file bits were dirty and kept in a dust-filled box. The gel extensions themselves were poorly prepped, shaped, and started lifting off my nails later that same evening. I did not have them painted, so I can't speak for her skills in that avenue.nnI have no idea whether or not my nail tech was having an off day, but I won't be returning to find out. I did appreciate the level of customer service provided by the spa owner. She was quite cordial and understanding.
