As a tenant under them I would leave if I could. They ignore maintenance unless it is causing an immediate and obvious problem. Could a crack be contributing to mold behind something, ignore it. Is there a security problem, ignore it. Is some utility they should be providing broken, ignore it. Not only do they ignore it, they lie and say it's scheduled when it definitely isn't. What they do schedule they break proper protocol more often than they follow it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if you can.
