I can’t believe I’m coming up on one year in my home. My first home, and I was so fortunate to have found Steve! Everything on my want list was checked off and plus some. Steve made the process so easy for me and we closed so fast. I came in under my budget and am so happy living mortgage free. My neighbors are amazing, with decades in their homes. Steve was great following up with getting everyone involved for inspections and helping navigate through something I knew nothing about. He follows up during the year with good advise and tips staying connected. You need this realtor, he is the best!

Steve was really great at selling our house quickly. He gave us tips on how to improve the appeal of the house, and even sold it for more than any of us expected. While looking for houses, he would learn what we were looking for, and help find us the perfect house. He even went out on his own to help eliminate some and pick out the better houses For us to check out ourselves. I would definitely recommend Steve.

Steve Ford has been great to work with! Even though we haven’t found “the one” yet and decided to delay our search for a while.nSteve has been there for us every time we wanted to see a house, evenings, weekends, holidays... it didn’t matter he always made it happen.nNot once did he try to persuade or push us into something we didn’t want. We would look at it, discuss, decide, and that was it.nHaving a realtor on your side that has years of being a home inspector is invaluable in the search for a new home. Steve would look for and point out things that most prospective buyers would not even consider, until after paying for a home inspection...nWhile we are not currently in the market, we are looking forward to working with Steve again in the near future.

I have known Mr. Ford when our boys were in Boy Scouts together. If it had not been for him nudging me to put my house on the market, it would have been foreclosed on! He is a wonderful realtor, a good friend, and a fabulous human being. There is no question in my mind that he was a blessing! I would always highly recommend his services!!

Ford Finds has made my important decision, that much easier! Always available to provide a wealth of information in and around Ohio! Steve, has even found a way to work remotely with me here in Texas, helping to sell my home. Five star realtor in my opinion!
