I love them for nails. DO NOT COME FOR WAXING! It was $40. Tina was a very nice woman but she shouldn’t be waxing anyone. I didn’t want my eyebrows waxed but she guilted me into it and it’s so bad. I went there on the fly because it is close to home and should not have.

My friend and I were walk-ins so I can understand why they would be upset in the first place. But, we came in and the person that did our nails barely spoke to us. We showed him what we wanted and I never had problems with this place before. Our nails lengths were all over the place, a good amount of the nail is showing on the sides of the acrylics and the shapes don’t match with each nail. She wanted coffin, she got square. I asked for almond, I got half almond and half oval. The nail polish on mine looks nothing like what I asked for at all. The “hearts” that are on my nails just look like red blobs. The worst part is, we still paid $60 for them once they were done. I will not be coming back here

I have tried many different nail salons and nail star by far is the best. Sometimes my acrylics last 3 or 4 weeks. They are always fast and good at what they do.

I got my nails done today and the gentleman who did my nails was extremely rude and fast. He did not “dip” my nails properly. He used a file that he used on the girl before me!! When I asked if he could use something different he acted like he didn’t hear me!! He was quick and sloppy and my fingers had the powder all over them, even when I was leaving. I had to sanitize my hands to get the powder off when I was paying. The one nail tech was on her third glass of wine while I was there and the other guy was drinking beer... while doing nails!! My guy was rushing to get through my dip set so he could help the party of 6 that came in with NO appointment despite my scheduled appointment. I paid and tipped accordingly and as soon as I sat in my car- I could see how HORRIBLY DONE my nails were. My nails are all different lengths and my thumb nail was not soft on the top- it has a huge dent in it like he didn’t sand it down enough. I was trying this place because it’s close to my home & I get my nails done every two weeks but I will never be back.
