Hi. My 1st time ever in any Great Clips (Sidney, OH). I called, the lady walked me through going online to schedule, next thing you know I was on my way, which was awesome, being the day before Thanksgiving. I got a good haircut . Very satisfied . Called when I arrived to check in . Was told I had to do so online or come in . Well not trying to be a germafobe I try to avoid the public being a high risk person . Wish they would be a little more flexible with older people that don't do the internet . After all the phone came first .
Finally I meet a white person that really knows how to cut black men hair! Awesome job! Thanks! I will be back!
