Any issues I have had were promptly and satisfactorily handled by the staff at Lawrence community management.

Poor, unprofessional management company. Multiple properties they “help” have lost amenities like their pools. They blame the parties that they represent, when they should be helping to protect the interest of their clients. They treat owners horribly and provide no help or service. Ask who manages the property you’re interested in before buying. If they mention Lawrence Management, stay away. Run away. Never go back.

The worst management company.Its just taking the money from us, the owners from RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM from Rocky River and nothing doing....I own an other condo in NORTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM ( North Olmsted) and there the management co.its CONTINENTAL MANAGEMENT and it's a HUUUGE DIFFERENCE. We need to change things here!!!! WE can not take it ANYMORE!!!

Absolutely worst management company in Cleveland. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I would never have them run a property for me. I stay at a condo that they manage and its been nothing but issues with them. They talk to you as if you are a child and argue with you about issues rather then finding a solution. The manager Brian is by far one of the worst I've ever dealt with.

I'm not surprised by several 1 star reviews. I swear I have no idea what value my HOA gets from Lawrence. I'm just waiting for the day we no longer use them because residents are finally fed up.
