Time 4 Nails

Nails not done well at all. Used so much glue that you can’t see the stones. My gem came off after 3 days. Polish is bubbling. The clear is bubbly. The whole nail wasn’t polished and I did NOT get what I asked for. I paid too much for what I got.

I went to this salon for a second time after having a mixed result the first time. This time as before I had 3 different technicians work on me. 2 for nail and one for waxing. The first time the person that did the pedicure was great. The person working on my hands seemed to be the owner or manager. She did an awful job. I had a wax and I loved the result. This time the person that did my pedicure was kind of mean and did not like it when i asked to round off the sharp edges of my nails. The girl working on my hands did not seem to understand what I wanted with my nails either. I ended up showing her with the file which did not go over well with either of them. The end result was good but the experience getting it was not. I did not have any better luck with the waxing. She burned me with the wax on the area under my nose. I was leaving for vacation the next day and wanted to look nice. Instead I had a scab under my nose. I didn't realize it until I got home because sometimes bumps appear after waxing and can be a bit uncomfortable but usually go down pretty fast. I did not leave the tip on my credit card as I felt that the owners would keep it for themselves. The woman who did my pedicure stood there staring at me after my waxing as if looking for her tip. I am slow to review as this happened just prior to Memorial day weekend. I did tip them but I will not be returning for a 3rd time.
