Queen Nails

I love Queen Nails and the owner Thu. I used to live on MI and although I no longer do, I keep coming back here for my acrylics. My full sets done by Thu last longer than two weeks and always look great. I also appreciate that they get new colors regularly. I have never had to wait more than 15 min here and its affordable.

This place was a great experience! The ladies working were very professional and nice. The place was also nice and clean. I went here to get my acrylics done for the first time and will definitely be coming back to get my fill done here.

I would definitely come back here again. I can't speak for others but my experience with Queen Nails was amazing. My technician was fast, steady and attentive to her work. Whenever she felt like she made a mistake she quickly corrected so if you have a problem during the session and they then know so they can correct the mistakes on site. Worst nail salon I have ever gone to, and I have visited alot. Not only were the two women there talking loudly amongst themselves in their own language, but the older woman doing my nails was so rough, rude, and snappy at me. The customer service was horrible, she was grabbing my fingers and pulling my arm because she “couldn’t see what she was doing” and her attitude was just not acceptable.nnThe nails. I chose white shellac—the tips are already chipping off after two hours and I have done nothing to them. I could not tell because of the salon’s lighting, but when I got outside there was pieces of white gel polish all over my fingers and around the nail. My hands look like a mess right now and I cannot believe I just wasted my money on this.
