The apartment looked nice when I moved in. The first thing that bothered me was calling to speak to someone with an issue, theres no record kept when you call and they tell you what to do about the issue. I spoke with the same people multiple times and they have no idea or record and many times told me the different things that what another employee would tell me. It was a temporary stay, I worked mostly through the pandemic, I was hardly there but when I was, someone was in my parking spot that I was paying for and they told me they could do nothing, it's frustrating when after working 24 hours all you want to do is sleep. I was run in circles. I hardly had heat when I did stay there so I was paying rent to sleep in the cold. I was told they couldnt do anything about the heat, it'll come on soon and to buy a heater. I also have the biggest issue with them handling their business, it is ok for them to say and do things verbally to get you into the apartment but everything for them needs to be in writing afterward and they also choose what to keep record of when you call to make a complaint. All times someone was in my spot I had to explain that it had been happening for weeks to what seems like the same people. They did nothing until police got involved to get them to do their jobs on their own property. Also, if you have a larger size sedan or SUV, you will only have parking uncovered, the garage doors do not work, and if someone is parked in front of your spot it is a hassle to get out. If you are desperate for a place to live they are ok and bring your own heat for the winter otherwise, I tell you to caution yourselves. This was my experience with a 6 month lease, imagine a year!

I am pleased. Especially for physical exercise center and swimming pool. I liked them very much.

I’ve been living at kemper rd apartment for five years. The rent was fair and maintenance was promptly handled. Me and my roommate had a 2 bed apartment that both bedroom are well separated so no one will be disturbed. My contract ended in May this year but due to COVID 19 my graduation was delayed. So I asked the office if there is an option of monthly lease. Latasha helped me with the monthly lease PLUS she waived the additional $200 fee/month. Montlack realty understood that we are undergoing a hard time during COVID. When I moved out in July, I received full deposit back. Just want to appreciate your help these years and I recommend montlack realty to students who want to share an apartment.
