The owners have very poor communication. I was told via email by the owner that the dates I wanted to rent were available. I tried for over a month to contact the owner to book the cottage. I sent multiple emails and left several voicemails but never got any response. When Janis finally responded she said she had “made a mistake “ and the dates I wanted are not available. Since she waited over a month to let me know of her mistake, the other rental I considered booking is now unavailable. I find this unprofessional.

Just love being in Geneva on the lake. The kids can Shure spend some money though.
