Would never rent from this person. Thomas Ostendorf does not manage property or update anything. Concerns are not addressed promptly. Keeps all maintenence ij-house to save money and thus nothing is properly fixed. -40 degrees and power goes out... slept a full night with drafty windows until.next day when he was able to reach a...wait for it.... fuse. Bathtub backed up with brown chunky.water for days before a friend of his was sent to fix. A fuse. Bugs everywhere. Mice and vermin everywhere. Our unit had stray cats in hallways... doors didn't shut completely.... I wouldn't rent a cardboard box from this guy.let alone an apartment. If you're from Dayton or a student....AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've paid 450 a month for a palace compared to the crap-hole I lived in. Should be condemned.
