Tha staff really are friendly&hospitable&tha food(philly cheese steak my preference)is tha bomb....
Just left this location after standing at the cash register for 5 minutes. Overheard an employee say “can I take my break now”. The other worker looked over at me finally and said “we aren’t taking any more orders til 8.” What kind of establishment is OPEN til 10 but is selective about when they will fulfill orders. They expected me to come back in 25 minutes? For what. This is ludicrous and I will never come back to this location. You should be ashamed of the horrible costumer service experience.
Steak and cheese with mushrooms and onions but is nothing but mushrooms and a little cheese and onions and bread ridiculous how little meat was on there!! One person in front of me and there 30 minutes waiting on 2 large steak and cheese and medium fries half the cup of fries that been sitting there the whole 30 minutes i was waiting and then get home and seriously a sprinkle of steak !!
I love Penn Station cheese steaks but this location is ALWAYS BUSY especially at lunch and dinner times. If you're in a rush, order ahead and still be prepared to wait when you arrive. It's centrally located by UD which is great but traffic and parking can be a problem.
Super busy with being right next to University of Dayton, which means they didn't get to clean tables or be super friendly. But they got the sandwiches made and corrected the order quickly. Friendly enough.
