The new manager is really turning things around! The facility itself has undergone major renovations- new paint on the walls, new flooring, new tanning beds- the place looks amazing. The facilities are always very clean and well kept. Customer service is always so helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Definitely will continue coming here!

Been tanning here for years and loved it until recently. I come on my lunch break and have never had to wait long until this new manager started. She is short and always having conversations with customers about unrelated topics just flat out gossiping. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate for people on a time crunch. I was in on Wednesday and had to wait almost 20 minutes for her to finish a conversation where all she was doing was complaining. I do not feel like a customer I feel like I am looked at like a cow ready to be milked for dollars. Ready to give up on tanning here and find somewhere else to go!!!

I love this location. All the girls that work here are so sweet and always makes me feel welcomed. Also they know my name and what beds I love. I will continue to come here to tan. Also the prices are great for the packages they offer.

The beds are wonderful, the bulbs are hot and the salon is extremely clean. The manager, Samantha, is so knowledgeable and does a wonderful job explaining all the available packages and specials. Savannah and other staff members are so polite and accommodating. I have not tried any other L.A. Tan but this one is top notch!

I don’t understand. They can see when you are done tanning. Went for a cocktail tan. Rather than just transitioning me immediately, they put someone ahead of me where I had to wait. Really? I could have walked right in. I literally saw the lady they put ahead of me walk into the room. When I went to the front desk, not only did they mess up my payment where I had to make another transaction, they told me it would be just a couple of minutes. Other salons would have made the transition but that’s because they aren’t lazy and pay attention to their customers. That’s called good customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to the Wilmington Ave location.
