Troy and his team were amazing! They projected that they would spend about a week on a job and stuck to the timeline exactly! During that week they were very respectful and kept the noise down to a bare minimum during business hours. Troy was straightforward with me throughout the process and I walked away wishing that every service provider was just as transparent. I definitely recommend Troy for anyone who may have had bad service from other companies and wants be sure they are being treated fairly. Great quality work. and honest prices!
A few weeks ago, noticed that my washer water was cold. I called Troy at TRUST PLUMBING and Troy returned my call within the hour. We talked and I decided that a new Water Heater was needed. Troy was at my house with not only a NEW water heater but a better grade of one that we had even discussed !!! Troy had it installed and the old one removed and disposed of within 5 hours of my call to his Company......Also , today I called Troy for a whole different plumbing issue and I was able to meet with him and get what I needed done, again within just several hours. Troy was great! I would recommend him in a heartbeat! He helped me out a couple times inspecting repairs that needed done at houses I was interested in buying, and provided me with honest no nonsense quotes and suggestions.nnThen when I purchased my new home, Troy did the repairs needed and was very fast and reliable. My realtor recommended him to me and I couldn’t be happier with the service!!
Troy helped us tremendously with a severe water heater leak. We didn’t have to wait long for service. He’s very professional and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!
Troy transformed my basement utility room into my new laundry room! He installed floating vinyl flooring, plumbed and installed a laundry sink, the washer and sump crock, etc. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays great attention to the details.
