Rented out my apartment before I had vacated it and broke the terms of the lease trying to double dip. I managed to get them to pro-rate my rent for the month they let someone else live there but they refused to give me the full deposit back and would not reimburse me for the furniture I hadn't removed yet. Remember they keep half the deposit to paint in between tenets, that's a bold faced lie. Please, if you're a student, do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Best place I've ever rented from would recommend to everyone if I have a problem they're always there to take care of it usually within 24 hrs

Most of the apartments were full of bedbugs. The property is very old and most of the electric sockets were not working.in addition different rent for everyone.you might be paying way more than your friends in the same property and same size apartment. As per the lease agreement the premises should have cleanliness and controlled temperature throughout the year.but no one cares.the fire alarms were not working And yes forget your deposit,you will never get it back.they will give you unacceptable reasons but not your money.
