I’ve never had complaints about this place they make delicious food and it is always the correct order. However tonight I ordered a sub and when I ate it later I found a thick white hair, I was really grossed out. I think that if you cook the food you should wear hairnets for this reason. In the drive through I only saw one girl with a bandanna on.

Got two wraps both had 4 ingredients a piece. Simple order right? Wrong. Somehow the tao employees who only had the one order at the time messed up both meals. To beat it all they didn’t even give us all the ingredients and mixed the ingredients between the two. This place definitely needs employees who care because today was an embarrassment. Along with purposely ignoring the phone when i attempted to reach out regarding the meal. Will not be using this subway again.

Ordered through the drive thru 2 nights in a row 1st night order was wrong but still edible 2nd night order completely messed up it was right on receipt but not even close when we got home tried to call at least 50 times but no answer I guess they cant read apparently you have to be standing right in front of them for your order to be right my kid had an accident so cant be left alone so now I gotta get someone to go back to get it fixed or have someone sit with her again so I can go very disappointed wont be going to the 20th st location again they had 2 chances wont get a third

Food tastes fine but waiting as long as you have to even with a mobile order is ridiculous. It’s a 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru every time. I’d rather drive to the other subway down the road bc it ends up being faster every time. It shouldn’t take as long as it does in this drive thru.
