I had oozing head wounds ! I begged the lady to remove it and she refused and laughed stating “ o remember being blond it hurts” well lady I had been bleached blond x 12 years and I have not ever felt pain! This happened may/ June but I kept quiet since she refused to acknowledge my pains and I felt embarrassed but I learned this is wrong. I have a new stylist who has not ever burnt my scalp. This place is a joke. My hair hasn’t been good since and I have scarring
Katie Miller is the BEST!!! She is very kind and helpful. I love all of the staff but Katie is my favorite! She has cut my hair for about 3 or 4 years now and has by far been the best out of anyone! I also love Preslie! She has never done my hair but her chair is next to Katie’s so I have talked to her. If you need a new hair stylist you need Katie ud83dude0a!
