Keith Poss was an outstanding realtor - this was my first time buying property, and he certainly went above and beyond my expectations. He was always courteous, prompt, and professional - but crucially, he was also realistic and honest. Most importantly, he gave me excellent advice in how to submit a competitive offer in a seller's market while avoiding overpaying relative to other buyers.

Keith was amazing to work with. I am a young female professional and I really appreciated that he was one of the only Realtors I met with that spoke to me and listened to my wishes instead of my dad or my brother (neither of whom were the actual client). He was patient throughout our year-long house search and answered every text/email promptly. He was always available when needed. His closing team was extremely efficient when we had a lot of last-minute issues with our lender and the builder. In addition to his skills as a realtor, he is actually a very kind, genuine person and very easy to talk to and work with. I can honestly say we would not be in our beautiful home without his help!
