Seth Janitzki at Cam Taylor Ltd Realtors was excellent to work with. I cannot express how professional and patient he was helping us find a home in the Columbus area for a company relocation. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and then showed us homes he thought would meet our needs along with many homes we found on his web search that we requested to see. Seth was available at any time we needed and handled all questions and showings promptly. Once we found our home, Seth helped us with negotiating the purchase, closing, inspection and many other details, (locksmith, carpet cleaner, etc.). Seth went above and beyond what was expected and performed his job at 150%. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care Seth displayed as an agent for Cam Taylor realtors. I would recommend this realty company highly and especially recommend Seth as the best realtor I have ever worked with, ( I have bought four homes and sold three in the past). One final note, Seth helped my daughter and her fiancée find their first home in the same professional and helpful manner. He went the extra mile to help first time home buyers understand the full process and he was excellent.
