My husband and I lived together for the first time at Acropolis. We loved it there! (We would have stayed, but we bought a house). Anytime something was needed or there was an emergency of any kind, we notified the appropriate people and we either got a response or were notified in some way in no mare than 24 hours. It was a great place to live! The best apartment I have lived in, by far! I even referred a few people and they loved it to!

I have to say that Landis properties always cared about maintenance issues and responded quickly. They sold Pinetree village apts and it's gotten worse and worse since then. I will miss Landis properties.....truly miss them...

Best landlords we've ever had! Maintenance was always very quick to fix things, everyone who works there is so nice, very affordable!

I have been a tenant for this Landis for three years now and currently live at the Acropolis (I previously lived at their campus property). When I moved off campus, it was very important for me to stay with Landis because of my positive experience with them. I have found the company to be very understanding and flexible and will go above and beyond for their residents. This is very unusual for landlords in the campus area. It is nearly impossible to find a cheap, spacious apartment with a quality landlord. Maintenance is very fast and reliable, and I have never waited more than a day for a repair. Emergency maintenance has always showed up within 30 minutes, even when I locked myself out at 3am. They are also very responsive to any complaints and always resolve the issue immediately. I have had a good experience with everyone who has worked for Landis and highly recommend them.

My review is not about a particular property, but about the Customer Service Excellence provided by: Barb M.nWhile I am still in the process of finding my future home, the process has been made pleasantly easier by working with Barb. She's not only knowledgeable and thorough in explaining Landis Properties available options, she's patient and all around wonderful to work with.
