Jim (James) Deskins is INCREDIBLE. It was night and day difference with him vs other realtors we've used. He is honest, he is thorough, he genuinely wants to help people vs make sales, and his knowledge/experience is extensive. We will go to him again if possible!

Jim was FANTASTIC to work with! He was very knowledgeable about homes, how they were built, and what to look for when buying a home. One of the perks I liked about Jim was that he doesn't sell any houses. He only helps people buy! So you know there are no conflicts of interest, and he's never trying to push you towards houses listed by any specific realty company. Jim is absolutely a professional in his field, and he was SO nice too. Great Realtor! Great Guy!

Working with Mr. Deskins was a really enjoyable experience. His expertise in working with first time homebuyers is invaluable. Having worked with other brokers, Jim's ability to explain things, highlight things you should be looking for, and his attention to detail really separate him from other brokers. I'd strongly recommend him, especially to first time buyers.
