We worked with Buyer's Resource during our new build construction since we thought it would be good to have a party represent us and look out for our interest. Darren was absolutely wonderful to work with! Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he made sure we covered all of our bases throughout the process. Furthermore, he took time from his schedule to provide us updates on construction and even provided pictures. Given that we lived 2 hours away, this proved to be extremely helpful.nnNot only was Darren great, but the rest of the team: Tina, Andrew and Michael also helped us and we couldn't be more grateful or thankful for all they did. Highly recommend them!

I could tell things were going awry when Mike started telling me to manage my expectations. He quit when I asked him to put in an offer on a property he thought was too low. I understood his concern, but it was the best I could do in my situation. I felt that a rejection was better than not trying and he was unwilling to help. As a business that claims to represent only the buyer he seemed to worried about his reputation. I'm sure that there were many factors, the tough market being part of it, but this was not a pleasant experience.nnUpdate 13 APR 2021nWe have been in our home that we bought after parting ways with Buyer's Resource for 4 years. We are happy that we found something in our price range and target location. We now feel that we really dodged a bullet when Mike refused to place our offer. That property sold below our targeted price, but due to warehouse construction in the area is so much less desirable now. After some reflection it seems that our price point and south east local probably made the return for the amount of work not worth it for Buyer's Resource. I guess the main take away is to chose a realty service that specializes in properties where you want to buy. Columbus is a large area. Buyer's Resource seems like they work great for those with a bit larger of a budget or closer to them. Good luck.

We bought our home years ago with the help of Mike Marshall, and he's been helping friends of ours ever since. His knowledge of the market and the properties in central Ohio, his ability to explain the process and guide us through the obstacles, and his patience as we asked him question after question - it all makes Mike a wonderful person to work with, and we can't recommend him enough!!!

Mike helped us buy our first home 6 years ago and was awesome with all of our special requests and quirks. He pretty much held our hand through the process and made things run smoothly and pretty quickly and even saved us money along the way. We would definitely (and have) recommend Mike and Buyer's Resource to others!

Had a great experience working with Tina Carter, she was fantastic! Her research was very thorough and she was patient and extremely responsive. She was successful in helping me find the perfect place quickly. I highly recommend her and the Buyer's Resource team!
