I was extremely impressed with Jason through out the process of selling of my home. He never hesitated in responses to any and all of my questions. He understood and helped relieve the stress of selling and moving. He honestly made this so much easier than expected and got the absolute most out of the sell of my home. I would no doubt recommend him to anyone. If I weren't moving out of state I would certainly have him as my realtor to purchase my next home.

Jason Opland is a phenomenal agent to work with. He conducts his business with confidence, poise and a masterful knowledge of the real estate industry. He takes the time to understand what his clients want, and delicately balances it with what the market dictates. He is extremely responsive and he works diligently to make sure his clients feel important. Jason helped us sell our house in less than 30 hours on the market. Thanks to his approach and style, we were fortunate enough to quickly find ourselves in a multiple offer situation that ultimately resulted in a sale price higher than our list price. Jason skillfully managed the entire process without missing a beat. We were very impressed with Jason – if we were ever to sell another house, we would no doubt want him on our team again.

Jason did an amazing job getting our house sold. He did this when we had already relocated. He held an open house and managed to get a buyer in a very short period of time. He handled the difficult buyers very efficiently and had everything taken care of quickly. I can recommend Jason enough. He had an excellent read on the market and the conditions. Jason Opland is absolutely amazing! He was referred to me by a friend because I was getting no action with the then realtor in charge of my short sale.
