Must of gotten someone else order because only thing right was our drink . Truly disappointing. We drive a little out of our way to go to this location because there service is great and they are friendly however they got it wrong I tried to call my no answer and I wasn't driving out my way again so I wasted some money since my kids wouldn't eat what they gave us .

We got quite a bit so it's understandable, but we had to turn back for a missing item. But they were understanding and quite to fix it. Service was fast and friendly, I'm just so sick from the food though...

Arrived at the Drive-thru around 7:30. The line had been moving fine, and then I started to order and I was asked to give them a couple minutes. That’s fine! But then when they asked for my order, I was I told in the middle of it that they needed a few more minutes. Okay. Then they asked for my order from the beginning. For the third time, they asked me to wait a minute. Then the employee apologized and said they were “temporarily closed” with no explanation. This was a couple nights after I tried the drive thru around the same time, but no one was there to take my order. At 7:30PM, with the “drive-thru open” sign on.

Would rate this place 0 stars if that was an option. At midnight, worker answered the drive through saying they were going through a shift change and it would be one moment. I thought this was odd, but waited for about 15 minutes and still nothing. Drove up to the window and no one would answer. By the time I we left without any service, we saw the workers sitting at a both inside clearly with no intentions of actually doing their jobs.

Fast service, kind staff, courteous, always gets our meal correct. The best taco Bell that I have been to in Columbus. Hot delicious food. They are not skimpy on cheese they are not skimpy on sauce. Things that are supposed to be grilled they grill correctly. The only taco Bell I go to.
