Always love Penn Station, best sandwich ever created. That said, attention to detail is important. Went 11/22 and the meat was sliced MUCH thicker than normal. Made for a really off-putting sandwich as the meat was tough and chewy. New guy was doing his best to keep up, someone just needs to keep an eye on that slicer.
Sign when you walk in says no mask no service, okay great! And the ONLY employee upfront here is using his mask as a chin diaper which is sooooo effective. Theres 6 people waiting and he is the only one up front. Theres 1 or 2 more people in the back giggling and being loud. The bathroom is the cleanest part of the place and it took forever to get food. Finally when our food is done another employee decides it time to come upfront and help the guy alone up here once he is almost done making everyones orders.
Love the food, and the third options. Also nice staff, and food is always fresh.

I really really like the subs and fries here, but because of Covid I haven't been eating take away very much.nI took a chance today, and ordered online. The people were nice, but one of the employees was wearing his mask BELOW his nose. (There's no point in wearing one at all if you wear it that way.)nNow I have a bunch of food that I spent almost $20 on that I'm afraid to eat! I won't be coming back. ud83dude23
