Horrible service! I came to remove my overlay, that was all and this woman drilled down my nail to the point where I started bleeding and didnt even say sorry. She was going to continue until I stopped her. Now I have to wait a whole month for my nails to heal and grow back before I can do anything to them again. My fingernails have been in pain for 2 days now and I had to get some cuticle oil on order to soothe them.

This was by far the worst experience ive ever had. I was too mad to speak up so i payed and left. All my nails are crooked jagged and different sizes and shapes!!! Not to mention the nail lady ripped a huge chunk off my finger! She was very sloppy, rushed and very unproffesional. Did not listen to what i wanted at ALL! Its not letting me post a photo but i cant believe the nail tech thought it was okay for me to walk out of there like this! Im going to have them fixed and will never go back. 0 stars if i could tbh
I loved Model Nail Spa!nI was greeted by a super sweet lady that explained the sanitation process. I value that so much.nThe atmosphere is super beautiful and clean.nLULU did my nails, and she was so kind, gentle and did an impeccable job.nI'll come back here every time I'm in town!
