When we bought our home in 2017 we knew we would be selling it again in 2021 when our military orders expired. Because of this, we watched the real estate market in Pickerington closely for four years. After doing our homework Sam Cooper was the obvious choice to be our real estate agent when it came time to sell. Sam and his team were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His expertise and advice when it came to pricing, marketing, and negotiating was spot on. Within 24 hours of putting our house on the market we had multiple impressive offers and sold it for top dollar. Sam and his staff were very accommodating to our needs and maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. If you’re selling your house anywhere in or near the Columbus, Ohio area/market, Sam Cooper is hands down the realtor you need to use! Sam not only sold our home in record time (2 days), he got us above & beyond top dollar!!!!! He was very responsive to all of our inquiries in a timely manner. His knowledge & expertise in the real estate business guided us in the decision-making process when we had 9 offers on the table after only 2 days of showings! Sam Cooper and his team are fantastic. When my mother passed away there were many things that needed handled, one being the selling of her home. Sam Cooper made a very difficult personal task as seamless as possible. I’m still amazed with how quickly the house sold. He’s also very hands on and keeps you informed every step of the way. At no point did I ever have to wonder what was happening with the house. You also never feel like just another customer. Although he’s a very busy guy, he makes it a point to make sure you are informed and that you have an understanding of everything happening. I definitely recommend him and his team to anyone buying or selling a home. The Sam Cooper Team will not disappoint.

Don’t just trust anybody with selling your house because not just anybody will sell your house for top dollar in the least amount of time. Sam Cooper is professional, passionate, and motivated and with his social media presence your home will be seen all over Central Ohio. The Sam Cooper Team is the best real estate team I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Sam or one of his team members.

If you want the sale of your home to be as smooth and stress free as possible, then call Sam right away. From the moment we said go, he took the lead and got things done quickly and with excellence. He has sold 2 homes for us and we were blown away both times. Highly recommend.
