I lived at Taylor Square for 3 years, in that time I had great interactions with the management staff and Aaron Carter was THE best. He assisted with questions, made arrangements for payments needed - he was awesome. I have never had a poor experience there, and the rent was very reasonably priced for the location and apartment. I highly recommend this location for your apartment needs.
I’ve been living here for an year now and I’m glad me and my family decided to move here. Every worker inside the office treats us like family. If you need anything done for your place, they will take care of it. The Amenities around here are in walking distance, also amazing school district. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
If I could post with no stars, I would do it. RENTER BEWARE! on the outside and location, it looks like a great place. Not the case. In the year period that my daughter rented, she got food poisoning from malfunctioning fridge, various leaks, dishwasher never worked, heating and cooling non functional (and was told by management that it wasn't priority as well as having it written into the contract that it wasn't priority or emergency) car alarms going off every five seconds, neighbors fighting, and now, finding out that she has to pay some sort of property tax that was passed down by this place. As with the other review, she was also told that there were washer and dryer in the place. That was also not the case. She found out only after signing the lease. And the management office is a complete joke. There was only one person that truly was working hard. The rest of them were out of the office claiming covid and, when there, were behind locked doors and not accessible to public. The only way to get results was to go over their heads to the parent corporation. Then, all of the sudden, they were reactive.
I recently moved in at Creekside and could not be happier with my apartment. Everything was move-in ready and I have had no issues. The office staff, Aaron and Blanca, were extremely helpful and made sure my new apartment felt like home! I would recommend living at Creekside to any of my friends or family.
Monarch Investment Group acquired Creekside at Taylor Square in Ohio in 2017. I’ve been a resident on this property for 6 years, and have noticed a drastic difference since this company took over. The maintenance, landscaping groundskeeping is bare minimum at best. The large bushes and trees have gone completely neglected, as well as the potholes throughout the community. Potholes emerged the beginning of last winter (2019), and they were not addressed until end of Spring 2020. However, the potholes were poorly “patched” up which was not sufficient for the extreme damage in the asphalt. Because the correct work was not done, the potholes re-emerged within less than a month. Needless to say, they’re still there, completely neglected.nThe trees near the units and the bushes that line the streets used to be maintained. These have also been neglected, haven’t been touched in months. This is not only unsightly, it is also dangerous. The bushes have overgrown so badly, that it is difficult to see oncoming traffic at the entrances and multiple accidents have happened because of this. Between the landscaping and damaged roads, the negligence is obvious. The property is raggedy and the tenants are leaving. I see the complaints of the other tenants with Monarch and Creekside responses, but nothing is changing for the better. The cost of rent is too high for the property to not be maintained the way it should be. The fact that Monarch refuses to address the issues here, shows their lack of integrity and moral as a business.
