Eden at Caleb's Crossing

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 Stars the only reason why I even feel it's worth a star is because of the Loft layout, they are nice. I have been dealing with this side and Cornerstone for years now if you do not have to move here please don't, it's really not worth the headache and I'm starting to realize it's not worth the headache anymore as much as I love the fact that I was able to finally get A loft after years of waiting not only was the Loft destroyed, completely damaged, they did not even care to replace the carpet there's holes everywhere, walls are terrible and they care nothing about anyting. You want to make an online payment and you can't because under certain restrictions when you agree to move in a certain places they don't accept the E-Check and they want you to pay a convenience fee of $21 I'm sorry who is that convenient for, thats right you guys not us the payers. Y'all trying to get more money out of people and that's all they do is have more fees and fees and fees and fees. Also please note the photos that you see online more than likely those are not the loft that you're going to be in if you would like I can email you directly of the one I received vs the one that they told me that I was going to be getting and I have videos of absolutely everything before I moved in showing the damages, I have every documentation for it.

Update, I have lived here 2 months, and aside from minor speed bumps upon move in I am happy with my unit. Fast forward to today, the laundry room is locked, and I have tried for several days post holiday to contact the management on site, as well as, left a communication for the corporate owners. I even walked up to the office door, and tried to get the attention of the one person I saw at an office desk. I knocked aggressively, and she waved at me annoyed, and pointed to the fact she was on the phone. I understand her annoyance, but I have been trying to reach out on weekdays to be assisted. I did not get a key to the laundry facility upon moving in, can anyone get me a status, or a key, or unlock the door. I do not want to go to a public facility due to the pandemic. It seems a shame to have to write a Google review to get help. If you need more office staff please hire more, so you can quickly answer calls, or emails from your renters. I'm at 2046 Commons.

It's almost as if they don't want people to move in judging by how they don't answer their phones or reply to emails (roommate and I have called four times separately and emailed in three times between us).The reviews for this place don't do it any justice so I hoped they would be responsive and eager to answer questions and clear away any concerns. My roommate and I were looking at this place and another that is basically identical in what they offer, but I was leaning toward Caleb because of how the buildings look and because of their floorplans, but not being able to speak to someone is a big negative mark in my book.

recently transitioned back to Ohio from Georgia (I was living there for 6 months) NOBODY was willing to assist me I wasted almost 4 applications fees because I would get told that I would be approved with my unique situation and then they deny me for the very same issue I was transparent about ... I was mentally exhausted until I called Eden of Calebs Crossing and spoke with Taina man was she a breath of fresh air she let me vent my situation AND went above and beyond!! I am beyond grateful for her she was very responsive and attentive to actually assisting me I could tell she cared! I never spoke with Aaron but I know he was hands on in the matter too. I paid my deposit and I get to move in I did a drive by of my new home and I am really satisfied with the upkeep of the property. If you need housing come to Eden of calebs crossing the staff cares!!

Taina Miranda made my experience with Eden of Calebs Crossing blissful. She was very personable, timely, and effective. Anything I requested she produced. Not only did she give results she presented second options and went above and beyond. My main goal was to move and surprise my children with a new home before Christmas and it was completed with a Peace of mind. They will be Truly surprised tomorrow.You truly have a wonderful staff.
