I own a home renovation company and do a lot of work for Onyx Realty! They are great with getting home owner work orders and sending them right over to be completed! Very good with communicating with us when there is an issue or if we have any questions. I hear nothing but great things from the residents in their communities as well! Highly recommend them to any community looking for new management!

Our condominium association employs Onyx Realty as our property managers. They are highly professional and amazingly responsive. as the president of the association, I only wish that we had switched to Onyx years ago!

Very quick service. My unit had an electric issue in the morning and a worker was immediately sent to my home to fix the problem. Onyx always answers the phone and is very nice. Thank you for resolve the issue! Would recommend this company to family and friends.

I live in the Scotland Yard community. Chris/ONYX has helped me get many things completed around my unit even when my landlord won’t answer my calls. I have live in the community for 10 years and since Onyx has taken over the community has really turned around. I feel more safe in my unit and the appearance of the community is much better. I would highly recommend this company!
