DONOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE. This was a flip by the seller.nThis has been the worst buying process we have ever went through. And we have moved A LOT. After a horrible time trying to communicate with these sellers, once we are finally in, we are finding all kinds of things they have skimped on. We literally had water running down our walls after a week of being in the house because they didn’t attach any pluming to out upstairs bath, and when we called to ask them to fix it-we were told it was our fault because we didn’t catch it before we bought it. Now after a few months being in the house, we are left with an AC unit that wasn’t even connected to our house!!! And when we asked to get it tested he said it wouldn’t be installed until OUR CLOSING date. We had already sold our home and was stuck and didn’t have a choice. We needed a house as I am 9 months pregnant and have a toddler. Things were purposely not done and they could have cared less and were not willing to fix the mistakes after multiple attempts of reaching out. I just don’t understand how someone sleeps at night knowing they are doing this to people.nSo disheartening.

This company was unprofessional throughout our real estate transaction. Additionally, I have reason to believe that the seller intentionally misrepresented aspects of the property and made it impossible to detect via a home inspection. The seller reassured us that he would stand by his work. After we experienced issues, the seller would not get back to us. I highly recommend that you do NOT work with this real estate company. This was the worst real estate transaction I’ve ever experienced.
