The food was great last night, it would have been even better had our baker's dozen of corn bread made it into the bag, also we got 2 hot sauces no original, and didn't get our utensils as requested. Not sure I'll ever order from you again after that miss.nnI called the store to get a store number to report my issues butt the kid massager led and said it was store number 003.nWhat a joke, 100$ order and you can't get it right?nSincerely,nThe Adams Family

Oddly when I order ribs that are cut to individual pieces i get a lot more meat on the bone and they were not dry.. but when i ordered a half slab of ribs yesterday they were very dry and had very little meat. Im torn because some days they are great but last night when I ordered a half slab (uncut) they were extremely dry and over cooked. I was able to pick up the whole slab with 3 fingers standing straight out to the side and was like picking up a plank of wood. Not even close to falling off the bone like its supposed too. I was looking forward to juicy ribs but was very disappointed

Food is great. Customer service, not so much. Ordered delivery a couple months ago and the gallon of sweet tea I had ordered wasn't delivered. I called and reported it even before we sat down to eat. The woman on the phone wouldn't give a refund but said she'd note it on the rewards account and we could get it the next time we ordered. Well, that was today. I called to have it added to our order and was told they had no record of it. Guess we'll be using curbside from other locations from now on, or finding a new BBQ place period.
