I had a big Don sub. It was warm and made to perfection. It was filling and delicious. Bexley has a drive up window at their Donatos great for picking up order and feeling safe about pandemic.
The cauliflower crust pizza was good but the sausage on it had no taste. The brice rd store has bad customer service and the guy at the counter acted like he did not want to be there working.
I was very disappointed with me order from Donatos Pizza. This was my first time ordering from them i usually order from Romeos. Where do I start, I order pizza for dinner on November 22nd at 6:09pm I did not receive my pizza until 8:15pm. My husband and children had to warm their pizza up in the microwave. I threw mine away. I called and spoke with manger on shift at the time and all he could say was they’re working short. That upset me even more because I work at a hospital, what do I look like telling my patients I could not get to your room because we are working short. As a customer that is not my problem, but the sad part about it is If they would have told me the driver was behind I could have came and picked it up. I only live maybe 5 to 7 minutes away. I guess that what I get from trying a different company. # VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!
