Quit going a while ago because of poor service at this store. Gave it a try last night and service was MUCH better. Food was fine but they probably hurt their food cost because they put over 45 packets of sauce and a huge stack of napkins in the back. Neither will be wasted of course.
Everything at this location seems to be dependent on the quality of their employees at the time of your visit. I've had more good experiences than bad, but the bad ones have been pretty spectacularly bad, like giving us a bag of 25 hard shell tacos when we ordered specialty items, or being closed at 7 p.m. on a Saturday because no one showed up for their shift. I will reiterate, however, they provide adequate service more often than not.
I ordered 4 naco soft taco and got 4 regular ones. Like it ain't that hard to get an order right. Then the number rings to a fax machine. So that is why they getting this post online.
Had a little mishap where they gave our food to the car in front of us and pulled us forward and waited a little while. But after receiving our food and already pulled off we realized they didnt give us everything. So had to go back and the line was around the building. Lucky for me tho the door happen to be unlocked and I was able to let a worker know and got what i was missing
Always fast and friendly at this location. I’m happy it’s the closest one to me. Always good quality food.
