I attempted to use the automatic hands free car wash. Which was 10 dollars. The machine didnt work. I called management multiple time for refund or compensation but no one ever return phone call and never was refunded. But vacuums work. DO NOT USE CAR WASH. JUST KEEP DRIVING TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE LOCATION
Usually if you want to clean something soap is a big factor!! Should have just left when it said washing and was only spraying water. Don't waste your money
After a year of not going back, I tried it again today and am still as unhappy with the wash as I was then. There did seem to be a little soap this time, but my car is not any cleaner.
Put 10.00 in change machine got 4.25 in quarters. Called phone # took 3 hours for return call to say I will refund your money be there between 2 and 4. I called back and said I lived over an hour away. And no reply. I have called 4 more times leaving messages and no return call. Thanks for ripping me off.
Car looked as bad after the $7 wash as it did before the wash. No soap, only water. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.
