Buyer be aware. This woman starts off being very nice and respectful. Once she's done with your hair, she will quote you a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT price. Over the phone, she states one price with me bringing my own hair. We get into her shop and show her the photo, she increases her price to $140. We get done and I ask if she prefers cash, she says yes and I go to $140. I pay her and she tells me she charge we more than what was quoted. Then her and another of her family members proceed to argue with me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Beware of wolves in sheep clothing!
Well I tried to schedule a hair appointment. I went there on a Sunday because google said the place was open but no one there. I then called the lady and told her I wanted it done that day but she wasn’t available which was fine so we scheduled it for today. While on the phone she said it’d be $150 if I got my own hair so I did. Now that it’s time to actually do my hair her phone is turned off. ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f Guess she doesn’t want the money.
There is so much to say about the service here. They were More than an hour late. Shop was closed when I arrived. The owner was supposed to braid my hair sent her sister and cousin to do it. That alone is unprofessional! How you're not gonna let me know someone else is doing my hair??! The Braids were not uniform nor did they last or look professional. I was told one price over the phone with the hair included, and when I got there, the girl kept calling the owner to verify the price I told her. They tried to charge me an additional $30 for the style. Even after they finished my hair and I gave them the money, they continued to harass me about the money. They publicly tried to treat me as though I was underpaying. The style was not even worth the fortune I paid for it. My hair did not come out good at all. The braids did not last and started to unravel and slip after 1 week. What a waste of money.
