I had gone in for my consultation to get my full leg laser hair removal and the entire staff was helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering me a drink, took me on a tour, and were very in depth about what laser hair removal does and why they do things the way they do. They did a fantastic job making me feel safe and comfortable with my procedure. I had some tan lines from a vacation I had taken earlier this year and they were courteous enough to do a couple test strips to ensure that my skin wouldn’t react badly to the laser, instead of just doing it all over my entire legs. I love that they care for their patients. They did my first Brazilian treatment for free the day of my consult which was nice because it was something I was also interested in potentially doing in the future. I had my full legs done today and I had another great experience. I felt very comfortable and Rachel answered any questions I had thought about since the last time, overall a great experience. I highly recommend anyone to go for a consult and check it out yourself if you’re interested in laser hair removal!

From the moment I sent an email inquiring about their services after hours, and received an immediate response, I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and attention to my concerns. I was able to make an appointment two days later and the whole process, including info session and financials took 30 min total! I did my full face and neck and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it really was. They offer in house financing for 0% interest and a lifetime guarantee. So happy I went today!

Tennille and Rachel at this location are very nice and friendly, i enjoyed talking to them. Rachel is very comforting during the session and it goes by very quick you don’t even realize it. I’ve only have two sessions so far and I’ve seen great results after the first. I’m so happy i made the decision to do laser hair removal and this location is great. Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING !!!! If I could give 10 stars I swear I would. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Clean, beautiful decor and overall nice environment. Their customer service skills are amazing and I’ve already told several friends about my experience. I can’t wait to come back and get serviced again !
