Came in to get a soak off and the lady was very rude. You could tell she was rushing. She began to drill the acrylic off and it began flying everywhere. I positioned my hand to where the window shield would block it and she got an attitude & said that the acrylic was hitting her too...and repositioned my hand. Very poor customer service.nnI literally walked out with pieces of acrylic in my hair. I will never go back.
First time I was came the nail salon with my family, so clean and professional. My feet turned better , music was good. Love it and come back for next time
Don't normally give a 5 star rating but these guys knew I was in a pinch for time and got me rolling in a hurry.
I really wanted to like this place! They are so clean and nice. This is my third visit and I got the usual my eyebrows waxed, gel mani and basic pedi. The eyebrow waxing was good all three times. The basic pedi was great better than the last two times. However my gel mani was once again a waste of my money. It never lasts more than three days it always chips. I think this is due to her always filing it once she is done which I never understood bc it seems that would break the seal at the tip of my nail. It even buckled up on the side of all three nails on one hand. It was done by the younger lady who was always very pleasant but sadly I must give two stars due to this and I unfortunately will not be going back.
I went here on whim because most nail salons are closed on Sunday. I made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Cool. First of all, the gel nail colors they tell you to choose from are HORRIBLE. Not a good selection, so I just asked the lady for burgundy. I told her I wanted my nails DARK. She painted them red. Anyways, I had her replace a nail for me that had broken off and she did. The next day, the nail began lifting. I also had red polish all over my fingers that I had to remove at home. Mind you, the website says I’d only be paying $30 but she rang me up for $45 and expected AT LEAST a $7 tip. I would NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE. No stars if I could
