I've been going to Annie almost 10 years, she is fantastic and always has me looking my best. Whenever I come up with new nail art to try she always amazes me. She's the best!

ZERO STARS!!!!nnI was referred to this salon by a co-worker of mine who came here when she lived in Reynoldsburg. She had good things to say about this place. so I though I would give it a try.nnBut I guess this salon has changed ownership. I had one of the worse experience I ever had at a spa/salon. My husband and I had an appointment for Manicures and Pedicures. They started our services about 15-20 mins after our appointment time. The bad Service didn't stop there.nnThe quality of work was horrible. The techs rushed through our services. I guess they wanted to get to next person or something. When my husband spoke with the owner/manager about the poor Service we got. I thought they would be sorry and do all they can to fix the issue.nnBut what we got was a rude response. We were told that the techs did a great job and that if we were not happy maybe we should go some where else.nnWhat type of business would treat their paying customers like that.nSo we will take her suggestion and spend our money else where.nnOne last note... The price did seem a bit higher than other places around town.nn*******STAY AWAY*******
