Do not rent any property from here, my friend and I rent two townhouse separately, both of us get zero deposit back. They will have plenty reasons and even charge more.

It’s so disappointing when you discovered AFTER you purchased a very expensive home that you’re realtor DID not work in your best interest but profit from your dismay. People do your homework & ALWAYS use 2 or even 3 realtors & you decide which one to put your faith in.. pay attention to the signs & don’t feel compelled to stick with them cause of there time they’re spending with you looking at homes. This is a lifetime commitment that you can not return to the store for a refund.. after you discovered a problem with the entire process..nIf you too had a bad experience contact the Ohio state board of realtors to hold them accountable-they get too much commission for D- services rendered..

Two of the 5 star reviews are from a realtor...nnAttempted to get reimbursed for incorrectly charged utility bills, I was promptly ignored and contact cut off. They also verbally promised us a different move out date than they enforced on us.nnAlmost $300 essentially stolen, do not work with them.
